What do you do when you realize some of your subscribers have neglected to update their payment information? You reach out, but in the way that makes the most sense for you.
Working at Grit City Magazine has been one of my greatest joys because they focus on personal interaction and physical communication. So, it was an easy choice to regain lost subscribers by crafting a postcard as opposed to an email.
This project was fun because the imagery, copy, and general direction were all created within our small team of four people. I completed the design of the deliverable and had a hand in the copywriting. The slightly off-putting words and personification of a magazine itself are spot on for how this publication acts at its core.
